Our return policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have elapsed after delivery of your order, we will unfortunately not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
To make a return, the product must not have been used and must be in the same condition in which you received it. In addition, it must be in its original sealed packaging (the products packed in plastic must be intact).
Certain types of products cannot be returned. Perishable products such as food, flowers, magazines, etc., cannot be returned. Similarly, hygiene, personal care and health products are not accepted. Hazardous, flammable or gaseous products are also not accepted. In addition, in case of delay in delivery, no refund can be made; you must wait for the arrival of the product.

Promotional products (if any):
Only full price items can be returned. Unfortunately, promotional products cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if any):

Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the amount of the returned item. We will send you an offer card upon receipt of the returned item.
The user will be responsible for paying their own shipping costs to return the product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The shipping cost will be deducted if you receive a refund.
The time it takes for the replacement product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
If you are sending an item worth more than 75 dollars, we recommend that you use a location service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned product.
