What are the delivery times for your products?
Our average delivery time is 7 to 10 business days.
Do you send out to all over the world?
Yes, we ship all over the world. We offer global deliveries.

Do you provide product tracking information?
Yes, you can contact us by email at amazshops@gmail.com 07 Days after placing your order. After that, you will receive a tracking number that you can use to track your order.
Some items are missing in my order, what should I do?
Our items are shipped separately depending on your request. For example, if your order includes products from two different warehouses, you will receive two separate deliveries. The rest of your order will arrive soon.
I have received a damaged item, what should I do?
We apologize for that. Just send a photo of the damaged item to amazshops@gmail.com and we will immediately send you a free replacement item of the same type.
I have not received my order yet, what should I do if I am late?
We apologize for this delay. International orders can sometimes take longer than expected due to customs procedures. However, you can still track the status of your order. If you have difficulties tracking your order or want more information, please contact us by email: amazshops@gmail.com.
Is there a return policy?
We strive to solve any problem our customers may have with their items. However, if you wish to return an item from your order, we can certainly help you. Make this request within 30 days from the date of your order and do not request the return of promotional items. For more information, please see our returns policy.
What is your refund policy?
This is a common question, which is why we have a 30-day refund policy. If you are not satisfied with your item, you can contact our customer service at amazshops@gmail.com to get a 100% refund. All refunds are processed hassle-free in our local warehouse.
